I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I have known Frank for many years through the landscape industry. He always stopped to chat whenever he'd see me out mowing a lawn or honk and wave as he passed by. His son Chris worked with me for some time as well. I feel like I just saw him recently. Had I known I would have talked longer. He will certainly be missed by me. Good bye my friend. Sending prayers for the family.
I met Frank (Lil Frank) in 2003 working for Frank Watkins. Our relationship was north and south. Although I was just a young man. I always showed respect to my elders and superiors. After a short time I had complete respect for him. Our view points were somewhat different, in time I believe i earned his respect. I am saddened at the lost. I will miss my friend. My condolences to his family. As we move on other's will take our place. I hope those who do are worthy. Some people are just one of kind. May you fly with the birds.
I met Frank in 2016. Patricks Lawn Care services Allen and Company. It did not take long for our work relationship to become a friendship. I knew from the beginning, that Frank was one of those people you meet and you are drawn to their good character. Frank was a man of honesty and integrity. I truly enjoyed our conversations about work and family. My prayers go out to the family in this time.

😢 Uncle Frank,I can say one of the best uncles,he looked after mom and dad always there for them , I remember he would always stop by and visit for a while,sometimes just to checkup on them and say hi,I started working for my uncle Frank roofing about 78/79 I've worked for him and I've worked with him at other roofing companies he has taught me a lot.i can say so much more, tomorrow's never promised it don't take but a minute pick up the phone and tell them you love them!I love you all,,I'm sorry uncle Frank may you REST IN PEACE ðŸ˜.
Heartbroken over the passing of my cousin Frank. He was one of the greats. He always took the time to visit us every year. My mom was always so happy to see him and so were the rest of us. Rest In Peace my dear cousin, you will be missed so much💔😘love you always
Billy and I are so saddened by Frank’s passing. Billy is forever grateful to Frank for getting his siblings together who have been separated since they were young. We send out heartfelt condolences to Diane and all of the family. He will always be remembered.
