Fidel Fuentes 70, passed on Friday June 21, 2024 in Lakeland, Fl.

He was born on July 27, 1953 to his parents Antonia and Fidel Fuentes Sr. in the Bronx, New York. Fidel had a successful career as a senior nursing assistant at Westchester Medical Center in the trauma unit. He worked there for 20 years before retiring and moving down to Florida with his wife and youngest daughter in 2012.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Antonia and Fidel, his sisters: Carmen, Norma and Diosa and his brothers: Raul and Fernando.

He is survived by his wife Raquel. As well as his daughters: Maxine, Nicole and Ashley, grandchildren: Melvyn, Victoria, Christopher, Gabriela, Jiovanny, Camila and great grandchildren: Lillyana and Kingston as well as his nieces, nephews and cousins.

Fidel was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be forever loved and missed.

The celebration of life for Fidel will be held on Thursday July 25, 2024 at 1pm at Church for the One in Lakeland, Florida.
