Encarnacion Vallejo, 63 LAKELAND – Encarnacion Vallejo passed away March 30, 2016 at the age of 63. He was born May 25, 1952 in San Lorenzo, PR to Luis Vallejo and Rosalina Gomez. Encarnacion is survived by his wife Sara Rodriguez; daughter, Monica Vallejo; son, Jose Vallejo; 12 siblings and 6 grandkids. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 4th at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland. Services will be on Tuesday, April 5th at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place at Serenity Gardens follow the service.
