Mama, you have always been the most beautiful person to me, both inside and out. You taught me how to love deeply and the importance of taking care of animals. The sound of your voice gave others joy. I was thinking this afternoon of a couple of memories.
The way you always cooked our favorite meal on our birthdays. My most requested meal was your delicious shrimp creole. You spent so much time and love into that meal.
Your face was so lit up with joy the first time you met Cheyenne. She was 7 years old and very tiny for her age. You welcomed that little girl in with open arms. You were the very best Nana to her. She talks about the wonderful memories she had with you and how you will always be in her heart.
The last trip you and I had to St Pete Beach was one of the most special times of my life. Getting our matching tattoos together will always be a treasured memory. The last thing you told me as I was leaving for the airport was "My heart is so full of love for you". Mama, my heart is so full of love for you as well. I will spend the rest of my days making you proud. Until we meet again, rest peacefully.
My sweet Mom. You were the light in so many lives. You taught me to always care for others. You taught me to always care for animals. You taught me how to love.
I'll never forget telling you how one of my high school classmates wore the same outfit every day. You made a U-turn and drove straight to Dillard's and bought him new clothes, belts, socks, and shoes. He was so grateful. Just one example of so many!
You always made sure everyone around you was happy and content. More than anything, you cherished your family. I absolutely cannot think of a kinder soul on this planet. I cannot wait to be reunited with you. Until then, rest easy in His arms and know that your family is forever celebrating you. I love you.

Elissa will forever remain one of the sweetest women I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. While my visits were random and sporadic, she always welcomed me into her home like I was one of the family. More than that, though, she genuinely cared and wanted to know how I was doing, what my plans for the future might be, and if there was anything she could do to help me get there. She was a very special lady, and this world is less bright without her shining in it today.

I’ve had the pleasure of being the maintenance man they took care of Elissa and her husband‘s apartment this lady was such a sweetheart. She will truly be missed prayers for Boyd and the family.
Elissa was one of the kindest and sweetest people I have ever known. We knew each other growing up in Clewiston, but I have really gotten to know her so much better since we started having our reunions and on FB. One time we had a friend who was in Hospice in Ft Myers and Elissa drove to Sebring and we went together to visit her. Elissa and I were part of a prayer group on FB that our friend Frank Tokieda started when my family needed prayer, and he called us his angels. Now she is our Angel looking after us all. I will always love and miss her.
Elissa a truly beautiful lady...none more loving and giving than she. Her life was lived fully with Christ and family at the center.
I have many fond memories of holiday parties together with our kids. Whoever had a baby at the time was swooped up by Elissa and jiggled and cradled for the length of the party. She loved with everything she was. She looked at you and spoke your name (with that southern charm) and you felt wrapped in her arms.
