Rev. Deborah Stephens, 64, of Lakeland, Florida went home to be with the Lord March 24, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Phil Stephens; one son, Tim Stephens, his wife Cinthia, children Noah, Nathan, and Noel of Panama City, Florida; one daughter, Christina Brumbalow, her husband Keith, children Carson, Laila and Nora of South Carolina; Mother, Marian Fears of Lakeland, Florida; and one brother, Marvin Fears (wife Holly) of South Carolina.
