Deborah Angela Freeze, aged 74, of Lakeland, FL died on Saturday, January 4th, 2025 at Lakeland Regional Hospital. She was born in Clarksburg, WV on September 4th,1950 to Wanda (Nicola) Menear and Brown Shackleford and raised in Grafton, WV. She graduated from Grafton High School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in music and business from Fairmont State College. She has lived in Lakeland, FL since 1985.

Debbie loved the beach, cooking, NASCAR, the Bucs, the Rays, and her WVU Mountaineers, but above all, she loved her Savior, Jesus Christ. She was an accomplished pianist, loved gospel music, and faithfully served in the music ministry of her church her whole life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger L Freeze. Survived by her children, Scott (Amanda) Hartman and Starla Pasztor, and grandchildren Christopher Hartman, Evan Gadoury, Riley Sine, Josh Gillespie, and Amanda Mallory.

The viewing will be held at Neighborhood Church Lakeland on Saturday, January 11th, 2025 at noon with a funeral service immediately following at 1pm. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Neighborhood Church Lakeland.
