Charles A. "Charlie" Cadenhead of Lakeland, Florida passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025, at his home at the age of 82.

Charlie served his country in the US Air Force and the Army National Guard with the ranking of Sargeant from 1961-1968. He was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church. He retired from Lucent Technology 2000.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents Joe Cadenhead and Berta Mae Brown Cadenhead, his first wife Linda Cadenhead, his daughters Natalie Allred Davis and Debby Allred, and his stepmother Ollie Cadenhead.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Carol Cadenhead of 28 years, sons John Cadenhead, of Lakeland, Florida, David Cadenhead of Lakeland, Florida and Brent Allred of Snow Camp, North Carolina, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th at Bethel Baptist Church from 10:00 am -11:00 am with memorial service to begin at 11:00 am. Military Honors will be presented by the US Air Force.
