I’ll never forget when Jake had his accident. I called you, and you came running. You stayed with me, and we cried and laughed our way through those long days in the hospital. For those three months, any time you got called out, you’d call me and say, ‘Hey, you awake? I’m in the parking lot—come down, let’s talk.’ Those late-night talks, those moments you showed up without question… that was your heart.
And Chance, you were legendary in everything you did. You climbed those poles with a skill and passion that made you one of the best—almost perfect. Your work, your dedication, your pride… it all showed.

Chance was a great guy. Knew him and his family for years. Chance always brought laughter into a room and was always an energetic person. He will be greatly missed. My prayers go to him and his family.
My favorite memory with Chance was playing trivia with him, Jo, and Mrs. Hope at the dinner table. I didn’t even know it was possible to cheat in trivia, but he refuses to loose, of course putting on a smile on all of our faces as usual.
