Brenda "Jeneane" Davenport Price, 84, peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at her home in Lakeland, FL.

Jeneane was born October 28, 1940, in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of F.A. Davenport and Mary Irma Davenport. She retired as personnel officer of the Lake Cumberland District Health Department, Somerset, KY in 1997.

She was a member of the Lake Gibson Church of Christ, Lakeland, FL. She was predeceased by Phillip Price, her husband.

Survivors include nieces Glenda Davenport, Tarpon Springs, FL, and Kim Davenport, Nashville, TN; nephew Allen Davenport, Nashville, TN; grandnephew Ryan Floyd, Palm Harbor, FL; and Logan Floyd, great-grandnephew, Palm Harbor, FL. Other survivors include her dear aunt Linda Simpson, Franklin, TN; loyal uncle-in-law Edward Sokolowski, San Antonio, TX; and a host of cousins, friends and dedicated caregivers.

Graveside services will be held at Antioch Cemetery, Phil, KY on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11 a.m.; Brother Wilson Copeland will officiate. Funeral arrangements are under the care of McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, Liberty, KY and Gentry-Morrison, Lakeland, FL.
