Billy Ray Hoggard born March 1, 1941, went to be with the Lord on September 02, 2021, with his beloved family by his side.

Services will be held on September 08, 2021 at Gentry Morrison Southside, 1727 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801. Visitation will be held at 10 am followed by the service at 11 am. Interment services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery directly following the service.

Billy loved spending time with his family as well as hunting and fishing. He loved his church family at Family Worship Center of Lakeland. Billy was loved by every person he met. He loved the Lord and was always ready to share his love for the lord with others.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents Ola and Meetra Hoggard, his deceased wife Ruby and his sister Faye Smith.

Billy is survived by his wife Ann Stone Hoggard, his son's Cola Ray (Patricia) and David Clark (Robin) and his step-children Carlos Stone, Lanny Stone (Cindi) and Paula Burke (Kevin), sister Esther Bazemore, brothers Bob & JT Hoggard and many nieces and nephews.

He was also loved by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
