Barbara Irene Freeman,79, passed away on July 24, 2016. She was born on April 19, 1937, in Dublin, GA, to Pratt and Dessie Sanders. Barbara moved to Florida in 1955 and worked at Badcock Warehouse. She was a member of Willow Oak Baptist Church in Mulberry. Barbara is preceded in death by grandson, Joshua Timmons. She is survived by, son, Dewayne Francis; daughters, June (Wayne) Ross, Cheryl (Gordon) Nelson, Tammie (Clayton) Frazier; Brother, Pratt (Judy) Sanders; sister, Marlene Davis; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016, from 10 to 11 am, with a funeral service at 11 am, at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland. A graveside service will take place at Oak Hill Burial Park following the funeral service.
