Alfred James "Jim" Benoit Born on October 27, 1944 in Albany, NY, passed away peacefully February 3, 2020 at 75 years old. His parents were Alfred and Alice Benoit. He graduated high school in Troy, NY where he met his wife, Patricia Benoit. Jim and Pat moved to Florida to pursue a new life. Jim was a loving, caring, gentle soul. His interest included spending time with family, gardening, biking, listening to music, tending to his fish and ponds, raising chickens, and going to the beach. Left behind to cherish his memory is his daughter, Colleen Searson, and two sons, Brian and Shawn Benoit. Grandchildren; Christopher Bass, Kristen (son-in-law, Andrew) Dale, Alyssa (son-in-law, CJ) Stambone, Hunter Searson, Ainsley and Gavin Benoit, Kelsey and Zachary Wolf. Great-grandchildren; Riley and Kinsley Dale, Addison and Lucas Stambone.
