Agnes M. McClamma

Largo – Agnes M. McClamma, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother went on home to be with the Lord peacefully on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. She was born in Stephentown, NY and has resided here for the past 75 years. Agnes worked as a switchboard operator at Morton Plan Hospital for over 40 years. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Clearwater.

Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Edison E. McClamma; daughter, Bonnie McClamma and son, Elwood McClamma. Survivors include her son, David L. (Robin) McClamma of Lakeland; daughter, Dawn E. (Jerry) Dunn of Largo; 8 grandchildren, Christy (Reggie) Ridgeway of Clearwater, Jennifer McClamma of Jacksonville, Amanda (Matt) Thomas, Elizabeth Ann McClamma of Lakeland, Michael McClamma of Copper Hill, VA, David (Kasie) McClamma of Copper Hill, VA, Patrick (Jennifer) Murphy of Holiday, FL, Sean (Melissa) Murphy of Orlando, FL; 13 great grandchildren, Heather Ridgeway & Kyle Ridgeway of Clearwater, FL, Rodney Bowman, Madison McClamma, Jacob McClamma and Brittany McClamma all of Copper Hill, VA, Mason Thomas, Payton Thomas & Chase Thomas all of Lakeland, FL, Kamdyn McClamma of Jacksonville, FL, Quinton Murphy, Colin Murphy & Kara Murphy all of Holiday, FL.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, May 30th, 9:30 – 10:30am, at Calvary Baptist Church, 110 N. McMullen Booth Rd., Clearwater. Funeral services to begin at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
