My deepest sympathy to Tommy's family. I have fond memories of Tommy when we worked together as counselors helping transition students from the elementary school to Kathleen Junior High.

Tommy was a student in my very first class many years ago. He was such a smart young man. He was also caring and kind. As an adult, I know he still had those qualities. I saw him a few times over the years because we were both employees of the school board. I was always very glad to see him and talk with him and he seemed glad to see me. I am so very sorry that he has passed away. He was a good man.

My brother Tommy knew Christ. He knew him by faith. He lived his faith. He served Christ and therefore others with his whole life. He was clothed with the righteousness of his Lord Jesus Christ. He lived in the power of the resurrection of our risen Christ. The world is different because of how Tommy lived the life of Christ. The Pollock family is different; Kathleen Baptist Church is different; Kathleen is different; our nation is different. The world is different and marked by this risen Christ as seen in Tommy's life. Tommy inspires me to live like that. And now, Tommy is whole and complete and worshipping Christ in his presence. Thank you God for putting Tommy in my life for these 40 years.
