Rebecca was the first female I met when I moved up her from Ft. Ladurdale, back in the mid 80s have been friends for a long time. My family an I will miss her very much, but she's with her mom in a better place. Love you Beverly

Oh Becky my heart is broke for your kids and grandkids one thing is for sure you loved your family so much and you was one of the strongest woman I new with such a big heart! She was a woman of many many talents and very caring filled with joy friends was never an option she was almost unable to keep track with them all she filled a room with her joy and her personality unable to keep track of the ways she was able to make you happy smiles for days and I laugh that was contagious she was one of a kind no other birthday senator but April fools Day. We were blessed to have had a mother like her forever and ever loved and we'll always be in my heart thank the Lord definitely gave us a gift and her name was Rebecca elen Waters...
