Philip Allan Plumley

Philip felt like one of my boys, we were a street apart and we loved having him with us. We would go to the movies or the boys would go wake board together, lots of good memories ! Phillip was so very smart , he never ceased to amaze me , he would put a motor on a skateboard, unheard of back then, he could make something out of nothing. He was so smart at so many things and was always a pleasure to have over, just to hang out, he was one of my boys and I’ll always have a very special place In My heart for him, our whole family will! You can rest now and have peace Philip, you are in Heaven with your Lord and savior! We love you, Ronnie,Shasta,& Nikki White
