I knew Allan for well over 60 years starting when we were kids in the Air Force in Japan and later in Texas. Allan Bolton's unexpected passing left me shocked and deeply saddened. We exchanged email messages right up to a day or two prior to his passing. I considered Allan Bolton my friend. He will be missed.
